Pediatric Dentist Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, child-focused dental care in a positive, supportive environment while educating families on lifelong oral health.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and preventive treatments
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
Manage behavior using age-appropriate and compassionate techniques
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
Review treatment plans with parents/guardians and obtain informed consent
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of practice
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a calm, fun, and reassuring environment for children

Pay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

They see approximately 40 patients per day
