Pediatric Dentist - Houston, Texas High-Production Opportunity General Anesthesia Modern ADEC Equipment Excellent Earning Potential A well-established and growing pediatric dental practice in Houston, Texas is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (Peds DDS) to join its team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a pediatric dentist looking for a modern practice, a strong patient base, and the ability to perform significant surgical/GA cases while maintaining a manageable daily schedule.

General Anesthesia / Surgical Opportunity One of the biggest advantages of this position is the opportunity to participate in the practice's established General Anesthesia program .
The current pediatric dentist is performing approximately 8 GA surgery days per month , and the incoming associate will share those surgery days. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Peds DDS who enjoys treating complex pediatric patients and wants to incorporate a meaningful amount of surgical dentistry into their practice.
The GA cases can also provide a significant additional production opportunity while allowing the associate to maintain a balanced schedule between routine pediatric dentistry and surgical treatment.
Compensation The practice offers a highly competitive compensation structure:
35% of collections OR a daily guarantee - whichever is higher.
This structure gives the associate both income protection and substantial upside potential as their production and patient base grow.
Ideal Candidate We are looking for a Pediatric Dentist who:
Is passionate about providing high-quality care to children
Is comfortable treating a broad range of pediatric patients
Has an interest in or experience with General Anesthesia cases
Values a modern clinical environment and quality equipment
Is Medicaid credentialed or willing to get it
Wants a strong patient flow without being expected to rush through appointments
Is interested in building a long-term career in the Houston market
Both experienced pediatric dentists and motivated newer graduates with the appropriate pediatric training are encouraged to explore the opportunity.
