n nAbout the Role
nAs a Pediatric Dentist you will provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care while fostering a welcoming and positive environment to ensure children feel safe and comfortable during visits. You'll use behavior management techniques tailored to young patients, educate families on oral hygiene practices, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about setting children on a path to lifelong oral health.
nWhat We're Looking For :
nnActive CA state DDS License
nCompletion of a pediatric dentistry residency program (2-3 years) accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA).
nAvailability to work 3-4 days per week, including SAT (1-2/per month)
n nSkills
nnExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and parents.
nStrong understanding of pediatric treatment planning and case management.
nProficiency in pediatric dental procedures, such as pulpotomies, white crowns, & space maintainers.
nStrong behavioral management skills, with the ability to create a comfortable environment for young patients.
