Practice locations (North Louisiana)
Peach Tree for Kids - Ruston and Monroe
Snaggle Dental - West Monroe (pediatric focus; pediatric IV sedation offered)
Qualifications
DDS/DMD
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency (board-eligible or board-certified preferred)
Current/eligible dental licensure in the corresponding state(s)
Classification
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

UHC - Medical, Dental, Vision: Peach Tree contributes $244.00 toward the medical premium for the associate dentist.

Continuing Education
Reimbursement allowance of $1,000 every 12 months (may include course tuition and/or travel expenses).
Time Off
Minimum10 non-paid vacation days per year. Negotiable
Dental Treatment
Associate may provide dental treatment to immediate family (spouse + dependent children under 21) at no charge (associate/family responsible for lab fees).
Associate may provide dental treatment to extended family at a 50% discounted rate (associate/family responsible for lab fees). Extended family includes parents/step-parents/siblings/in-laws.
