6 weeks of coverage needed option to extend

Pediatric Dental Clinic
Location Olympia, WA
Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
Schedule: Mondays for the rest of October & Mon-Weds for November.
25-40 pts per day between hygiene & Op.
Full Support Staff
Credentialing Timeframe: Quick Credentialing
Requirements:
Must have active WA license
General Pediatric procedures
Must have applicable certifications
