About the Position
An established, multi-state dental organization is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its thriving pediatric practice in Paragould, Arkansas . Full‑time Pediatric Dentist opportunity

Arkansas dental license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Candidates requiring relocation are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an uncapped earning potential with a competitive percentage‑of‑collections compensation model. Most providers exceed their guaranteed earnings during the initial ramp‑up period.
Compensation includes
Daily guarantee of approximately $1,000-$1,600 per day during the initial guarantee period (or percentage of collections, whichever is greater)
Uncapped production‑based income
Sign‑on and/or relocation bonus
