Pediatric or General Dentist | Full-Time | Full Benefits

Our client, is looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist who enjoys treating children in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced pediatric practice.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1–21, primarily ages 3–9
Perform restorative procedures, including:
Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs)
Fillings
Pulpotomies
Simple Extractions
Conduct hygiene checks and recare exams
Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate
Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment options
Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pediatric environment
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of pediatric clinical experience
Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Active Medicaid Provider ID
Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state)
Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing child behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach
Practice Environment
Our providers are comfortable:
Seeing approximately 35–50 patients per day
Managing 12–15 operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks
Working with a patient population that is primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients
Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Thriving in a busy, efficient pediatric practice
