Primary Location: Paragould, Arkansas
Additional Coverage: Jonesboro, Arkansas
$15,000 Signing Bonus

DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
