Pediatric Dentist – Join Our Growing Team

Children’s Primary Dental Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our established and growing dental organization in San Diego County.
For more than 30 years, our organization has focused on providing high-quality dental care for children in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Our pediatric dentists are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing doctors to focus on what matters most—excellent patient care.
Position Highlights
Established pediatric practice with a strong and consistent patient base
Experienced dental assistants and clinical support team

Administrative, scheduling, billing, and credentialing support

Responsibilities
The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Responsibilities include examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, preventive and restorative dentistry, management of pediatric dental emergencies, and appropriate behavior guidance.
The dentist will work closely with our clinical team to maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, communication, and continuity of care while creating a positive experience for children and their families.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry preferred
Current BLS and other required certifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellent clinical care and a positive patient experience
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
