Pediatric Dentist | Established Patient Base | Florida Space Coast | 35% Production or $1,450 Daily Guarantee Beachside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a pediatric dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Satellite Beach, Florida.
This is not an opportunity where a new doctor will need to build a patient base. We have a full, established schedule, a strong community reputation and an experienced team ready to support the incoming provider from the start.
The Opportunity
Full-time position, four to five days per week
Full, established patient schedule
$1,450 daily guarantee or 35% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Supportive, collaborative environment with guidance available as you grow
Established systems and consistent patient flow
Private, family-owned practice
Opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term role within the practice and community
Benefits and Professional Support
Up to six weeks of scheduled unpaid time off annually
Professional membership dues
Continuing education allowance of up to $2,500 per year
Florida dental license fees
DEA registration fees
Malpractice insurance
Sedation license fees and related expenses
401(k) eligibility with a 3% employer match after one year

What You Can Expect
You will step into a busy pediatric practice with patients already waiting to be seen. Our goal is to give you the support, resources and trusted relationships needed to grow confidently as a provider.
You will have room to develop your own clinical style while working alongside experienced doctors and a team that is available when you need guidance. Whether you are completing residency or have been practicing for years, we want you to feel supported, not micromanaged.

Has completed or is completing an accredited pediatric dental residency
Holds or is eligible to obtain a Florida dental license
Provides ethical, high-quality clinical care
Communicates well with children, parents and team members
Treats assistants and administrative team members with respect
Is dependable, emotionally mature and team-oriented
Wants to build a career and a life in the community
Is comfortable stepping into an established, full patient schedule
New graduates and experienced pediatric dentists are welcome to apply.
