Job description
NYU Langone Health is seeking a Pediatric Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (PT) in New York, NY. The role provides comprehensive diabetes self‑management education to pediatric patients and families within the multidisciplinary team.
The educator will support the diabetes practice across centers, develop education materials, and monitor glycemic outcomes while coordinating care transitions. Requires CDE credentials and pediatric diabetes experience.
