Job description
NYU Langone Health is hiring a Pediatric Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (Part Time) to provide comprehensive diabetes education to pediatric patients and families. The role involves collaboration with physicians, nurses, dietitians and other care teams at NYU Langone Health's Pediatric Diabetes Center and affiliated departments.
The educator will manage blood glucose data, participate in developing education curricula, and support transitions of care while adhering to standards
