Job description
Sanford Health in North Peds Clinic, Bismarck, ND, is seeking a Diabetes Educator to educate patients on self-care, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, RN licensure, BLS, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with diabetes management.
This full-time position includes weekends on-call every 7th weekend and opportunities to engage in community outreach and interdisciplinary collaboration.
