Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Diabetes Educator for the North Peds Clinic A. The role involves assessing, educating, and creating personalized diabetes care plans for pediatric patients, and coordinating with the care team to monitor progress and support self-management.
This full-time position requires a BSN and RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with leadership. Community outreach and weekend rotation are part of the duties.
