Ditmas Children's Nursing & Rehab in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our pediatric long-term care nursing department with clinical excellence and regulatory compliance as top priorities.
The DON will oversee nursing operations, mentor leaders, ensure staffing and budgeting alignment, drive quality improvement, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered, high-quality care.
