Job description
Bancroft in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support children and teens in our Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program. You'll empower residents with autism and disabilities and help them develop daily living skills in a caring, team-based environment.
Join a dedicated care team with flexible schedules, including full-time, 2nd shift and overnight shifts on some weekends. A valid driver's license is required, and a high school diploma or GED is accepted.
