Job description
Nemours seeks a full-time Pediatric Emergency Department (ED) Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Wilmington, DE. You will provide advanced pharmaceutical care to children with acute and complex conditions in a fast-paced ED, partnering with physicians and nurses to optimize therapies.
The role includes leading ED medication safety initiatives, developing guidelines, precepting students and residents, and contributing to quality improvement and education
