Required Skills :
Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Emergency MedicineProven experience in high-volume pediatric emergency settingsExcellent clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Education and Experience :
Medical Degree (MD or DO)Prior experience in Level II and III NICU supported environmentsExperience in academic or teaching settings preferred but not required
Other Requirements :
Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in TexasCertifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
