Job description
Banner Health's New Nurse Experience offers a full-time RN residency in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. You will be mentored on a dedicated unit, rotate through experienced staff, and complete a 12-month program to become a confident, professional nurse.
The role includes night shifts, weekend coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package with access to Banner Simulation Center and continuing education.
