Job description
Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Family & Peer Support Partner to assist patients and families by bridging gaps between health care, social services, and the community. You will facilitate access to services and support families to obtain needed care and resources, contributing to patient treatment through empathy and lived experience as an ally.
