Job description
Champions for Children in Tampa, FL seeks a Part-Time Family Specialist to support health, wellness, and education for families during pediatric care visits. You will build trusting relationships with families and coordinate referrals to provide concrete supports.
Responsibilities include data entry in the EHR, participating in weekly case reviews, outreach, and ongoing training. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is required.
