Job description
Boston Children’s Hospital is offering a Pediatric Medical/Surgical Float pool position that expands pediatric knowledge by caring for patients across all inpatient units. Orientation is approximately 12 weeks with Float Pool and Unit-Based preceptors.
Position involves providing care across multiple units, cross-training opportunities, and potential involvement in hospital committees. A flexible schedule includes day/night rotations and every third weekend, with 24, 30, or 36 hours options.
