Job description
Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, seeks a Health Care Case Manager (Registered Nurse) for the Camden East Local Office in Cherry Hill, NJ, within the Child Health Program of the School of Nursing.
The HCCM will support DCF/CP&P in meeting health care and protection needs of children in out-of-home placement, coordinating with medical homes, care teams, and community resources; requires NJ RN licensure, BSN or health-related BA, and 1–2 years pediatric nursing experience.
