Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Pediatric LVN for high-acuity home health care. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing to medically fragile children in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, ventilation and tracheostomy care, and implementation of care plans. You’ll collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes and safety.
