Job description
University Hospitals is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Home Care Services, covering East Market territory (Mentor, Ashtabula, Geneva, Middlefield) with a pediatric patient population. This is a part-time role with 24 hours per week, requiring 100% travel to patients' homes.
You will organize OT programs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, educating families and coordinating discharge planning in the home care continuum.
