Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Home Health LVN to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications, manage treatments and medical equipment, and document care accurately. You’ll collaborate closely with families and the Aveanna care team to support each child’s health goals while promoting safety, comfort, and dignity.
