Job description
Reliance Home Health Caregivers in Chicagoland area is seeking a licensed RN or LPN for in-home care of a 23-year-old female patient with G-tube, Trach and Vent. The role includes every other Saturday and Sunday from 7a to 7p, with flexible options across full-time, part-time or PRN.
We offer training, PPE, and a supportive team. Applicants must hold IL RN/LPN license, have at least 1 year of direct patient care, and CPR certification. Pay ranges from $38 to $47 per hour.
