Job description
First Place Pediatrics LLC is seeking a compassionate home health nurse in California to provide 1:1 care in patients' homes, including pediatric/adult cases with g-tube, trach, or ventilator support.
You will document electronically, perform patient assessments, and build long-term relationships with families while collaborating with the care team. Flexible scheduling and supportive training are offered to empower your growth.
