Job description
First Place Pediatrics LLC in California is seeking a skilled home health nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, including those with g-tube, trach, or ventilator. You will document progress electronically and perform patient assessments.
You will work with a dedicated care team using our EMR platform, build meaningful long-term relationships, and choose from day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time or full-time shifts and PRN options to fit your life.
