Job description
A New Hope Home Care is seeking compassionate pediatric/home care nurses to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes in North Carolina. You will manage trach/vent, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support families in a meaningful, community-based setting.
We value flexible schedules (FT, PT, PRN), strong communication, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families. Training on Trach/vent is provided as needed, with a supportive clinical team.
