Job description
Home Heart Florida is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our pediatric home care team in Longwood, FL. We provide one-on-one patient care in home settings with supportive leadership and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include skilled pediatric nursing, medication administration, monitoring patient status, documentation, and collaborating with families and clinical supervisors to follow the plan of care. Florida license required; BLS preferred.
