Job description
First Place Pediatrics is seeking a qualified home health nurse to join our pediatric-focused team. You will provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, documenting electronically, and performing patient assessments.
Work with pediatric/adult patients with g-tube, trach, and ventilator support; build meaningful long-term relationships and collaborate with care teams. Scheduling includes day/evening/overnight and full-time/part-time/PRN.
