Job description
Amazing Care Home Health in Utah is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home OT services across age groups, developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. You will schedule visits flexibly, building a weekly routine that fits your preferred days.
Requirements include a Master’s/Doctoral degree in OT, Utah state OT license, NBCOT and active BLS, plus a driver’s license and insurance.
