Job description
KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and deliver therapy in patients' homes, coordinating with caregivers to restore function. You will direct tasks to caregivers and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
The role requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy, an active state license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Pediatric/home-health experience is preferred to support our CARE culture and family-centered care approach.
