Job description
Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.
This role requires NY PT license, ability to work in home visits, and strong communication with families. Flexible hours and collaborative culture are offered.
