Job description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Pediatric Home Health RN to provide one-on-one nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes. Responsibilities include comprehensive pediatric assessments, administering medications and treatments, managing ventilators or tracheostomies when needed, and documenting in the EMR. The RN will educate and support families, collaborate with the care team, and follow individualized care plans.
