Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Pediatric RN for weekend home healthcare visits, providing skilled nursing to medically fragile children in their homes. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage medications, and deliver specialized pediatric care, including trach and ventilator support where required. You will educate and support families, follow individualized care plans, and document in the EHR.
