Job description
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN coordinates and directs care based on patient needs under physician orders and plan of care.
The role requires advanced pediatric assessment, teaching, decision-making, and completing OASIS assessments as part of home health documentation. Evening visits, on-call coverage, and occasional weekends are required.
