Job description
Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in patients' homes, focusing on chronic illnesses or disabilities. You will work closely with families to ensure compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each child’s needs.
Applicants must be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Utah RN or LPN license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
