Job description
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating care per physician orders and plan of care under supervision.
The Home Health RN conducts initial and ongoing assessments, completes OASIS documentation, sets measurable goals with patients and families, and participates in on-call coverage, evenings and weekends as needed.
