24-hour call coverage with 7 am - 7 am shifts
Patient census: 1 - 3 level I nursery, 0 - 1 level II nursery, 0 - 2 pediatric floor patients daily
Maximum census of 5 pediatric floor patients during peak season
Call relief coverage needed
Inpatient pediatrics and nursery care required
Attendance at high-risk C-sections required
PALS certification required
Level I and II nursery coverage
