Clinical Practice
17-bed pediatric floor and newborn nursery
Approximately 2,400 annual deliveries
Pediatric floor ADC: 5
Newborn nursery ADC: 15
As Medical Director, You Will
Provide leadership for the pediatric hospitalist program
Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
Support physician and APP recruitment and retention
Partner with hospital leadership on program development and growth
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
