Job description
Huntsville Hospital Health System seeks a Clinical Charge Nurse to identify patient care needs through assessment, planning, and delegation, while executing physician orders and nursing interventions. You will evaluate responses to care and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure optimal outcomes.
The role requires Alabama RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, and prior supervisory experience in critical care. Strong communication in a fast-paced environment is essential.
