Job description
Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Pediatrics ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-acuity care to critically ill children in a fast-paced PICU. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage ventilators and complex drips, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with pediatric intensivists, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team to create and implement evidence-based care plans, support families through difficult situations, and maintain accurate documentation.
