Job description
Akron Children's Hospital seeks a Staff Nurse in the PICU for nights, 36 hours weekly (3 12s), 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The role emphasizes family-centered care, critical pediatric nursing, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Required BSN or progression to BSN within 5 years, current Ohio RN license, BLS certification; pediatric cardiac CCU experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and IT skills with EPIC familiarity are essential.
