Job description
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Utah County team. You will implement treatment plans in home and community settings, helping clients of all ages improve cognitive, physical, sensory, and daily living skills.
The role offers part-time days with 10–20 visits weekly, mileage reimbursement, and collaboration with clinicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Requires OT master’s/doctorate, NBCOT, Utah OT license, and BLS.
