UVA Health is seeking a Charge Nurse in Pediatric Infusion and Specialty Clinics to blend advanced clinical practice with frontline leadership, guiding a dynamic ambulatory team and coordinating care for children receiving infusion therapies and oncology treatments.
This role leads daily operations, mentors staff, ensures safe, high‑quality care, collaborates with physicians and pharmacists, and advances evidence‑based practice in a Magnet®-designated nursing environment.
