Job description
Children's of Alabama in Birmingham's Behavioral Health Inpatient unit seeks a BCBA to address challenging behavior and develop individualized behavior plans for children aged 4 to 18.
You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff, implementing interventions to improve daily functioning and safety while delivering compassionate care on an on-site inpatient unit with day-evening shift variability.
