Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Peace Hospital, Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit in Louisville, KY. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, patient-centered care 24/7.
The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred, Magnet may require BSN), KY RN license (or compact), 2+ years acute care experience (pediatrics/rehab preferred for certain units), and BLS (ACLS preferred). Commitment to ethics and safety is essential.
