Job description
Virginia Treatment Center for Children (VTCC) in Richmond, VA, is an inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit. Nurses provide 24-hour care in a multidisciplinary team for ages 3–17 in acute crisis, guided by a non-coercive, healing model and shared governance.
Clin I–III staff follow physician orders, work within Virginia nursing regulations, supervise others, and rotate shifts including nights and weekends.
